How does the payment for the carpet extractor rental work?

• Payment for the service is paid in advance after creating the reservation.
• You will pay exactly the amount according to the service you selected.
• Payment will be made online via a payment gateway, either by card or bank transfer.
• Without payment, the reservation is not complete, and after 15 minutes, the unpaid reservation will be deleted from the calendar. A new reservation must then be created.
• The most common reasons for payment issues are:
  • blocked internet payments – check card settings in online banking or contact the bank’s hotline
  • exceeding the daily limit
  • disabled pop-up windows in the internet browser. A gray bar will appear below the address bar where you can click “allow”
• The receipt will be sent to your email
• If you cannot pick up the carpet extractor at the given time, you need to cancel the reservation 1 day in advance. Then we will either refund your payment or book a different date.
• The price list includes VAT
• Example: 6-hour rental – the carpet extractor will be available to you from the reserved time, e.g., from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. You can pick it up anytime at 3:00 PM or after. However, you must return the vacuum cleaner by 9:00 PM at the latest. Our system is automated, so it is necessary to plan your rental period carefully to manage the pick-up, cleaning, and return.
• For the first rental, we recommend a duration longer than 6 hours so that you can familiarize yourself with both the vacuum cleaner and our rental system.
• The same price on a business day, weekend, or public holiday.
