In our rental company, you book the pick-up time and the duration for which you want to rent the carpet extractor. So you choose the time and then the length of the rental. The time in the reservation always counts, not the actual pick-up time. Please keep in mind that the rental and return times for the carpet cleaning machine are binding. If you have the machine rented from 12:00 to 18:00, it is possible that from 18:15 someone else might already have the carpet extractor reserved.

It works on the principle of pressurized spraying of a cleaning agent, which dissolves the dirt, and then, thanks to the high suction power of the carpet extractor, sucks up the cleaning agent along with the dirt. When used correctly, the surface is dry after about 6 to 8 hours.
How to rent a carpet extractor – carpet cleaner?
1. Choose a branch (region, city)
2. Choose an available date and rental duration according to your requirements and create a reservation
3. Create a reservation and confirm by paying online with a card or bank transfer.
4. 10 minutes before the start of your reservation, you will receive an SMS text with a pick-up code
5. Pick up the carpet cleaner from the self-service box. After closing the box door, you will receive an SMS text with a return code.
6. Clean everything you need
7. Clean the carpet extractor and check if you have all the components!
8. Return the carpet cleaner to the box. You open the box with the return code.
Additional information about the reservation of the carpet cleaner
- As soon as you pay for the reservation, the reservation will be active. You will receive a confirmation email.
- 10 minutes before the start of the reservation, you will receive an SMS on your phone with a code to open the delivery box.
- When you arrive at the delivery box, you simply click on the “pick up shipment” button and then insert the code from the SMS into the box.
- The box door will open and you remove the carpet extractor along with the bottle of cleaning agent and close the door.
- Within a few minutes, you will receive another SMS with a return code. This means that once you have cleaned what you need within the time window you have chosen (3 hours to 48 hours), you enter the SMS code into the Penguin box, the door will open, you return the carpet extractor with its accessories, and close the door. This completes everything.
