Remove the carpet extractor, check that you have everything, including a full bottle of cleaning agent (or refill the chemical if needed), close the door properly, and confirm by pressing the DONE button on the touchscreen display.
Check the delivery box status:
To pick up the carpet extractor, the indicators must be green. If they are red, the box is out of order. You can still create a reservation for future days even if the status is NOK – faults are usually resolved by the next day.
In addition, we will send you the current status of the box by email one hour before your reservation (please check the status, especially before a longer journey).
