In the parking lot in a residential area 20m from the Chrudim Dr.Malíka public transport stop for buses 3 and 503. By car at the roundabout, take the right exit from Kaufland onto Novoměstská Street and then after approx. 100 m turn right (see map below).
The box containing the carpet extractor is marked with a “půjčovna čističů koberců 24.cz” sticker. After pressing the “pick up shipment” button, enter the PIN code from the SMS, and the box door will open. Remove the carpet extractor, check that you have everything, including a full bottle of cleaning agent (or refill the chemical if needed), close the door properly, and confirm by pressing the DONE button on the touchscreen display.
Check the delivery box status:
To pick up the carpet extractor, the indicators must be green. If they are red, the box is out of order. You can still create a reservation for future days even if the status is NOK – faults are usually resolved by the next day.
