To pick up the carpet extractor, the indicators must be green. If they are red, the box is out of order. You can still create a reservation for future days even if the status is NOK – faults are usually resolved by the next day.
In addition, we will send you the current status of the box by email one hour before your reservation (please check the status, especially before a longer journey).

Moje zkušenost je naprosto v pořádku stroj jsem dostal z boxu čistý funkční zkrátka není vůbec nic s čím bych byl nespokojený čištění velice efektivní jak koberce tak sedačka návody na vše jsou super a srozumitelné a hlavně je vše za normální peníz službu doporučuji🙂
Vyzvednuti a vraceni v poradku. Bihuzel jsem si nevsiml, ze byla rozbita mensi saci koncovka, coz je asi moje hloupost. Jinak funkcni a chemie dostatecne mnozstvi.
Musím říct, že jsem se celkem obávala, ale vše bylo perfektní, vyzvednutí, super ovládání (pěkně zpracované video návody), výborně to vyčistilo jak koberce tak gauč (kočka, pes, dítě). Mrzí mě, že nemám foto, byla jsem trochu skeptická. A vše za super cenu. Určitě budu častým zákazníkem.
Rozstřik emulze s menším nástavcem je všude okolo. Třeba v autě to stříká všude okolo pi plastech, nejde upravit. Použil jsem raději svůj rozprašovač. Z hadičky během čištění neustále odkapávala emulze a čalounění bylo zbytečně mokré víc než je třeba.Láhev na emulzi nejde zavřít. Jinak přístroj čistí.
Výborná služba od začátku do konce. Pokyny pro vyzvednutí i vrácení tepovače, instruktážní videa na webu. Naprostá spokojenost s výsledkem čištění ve srovnání s jiným přístrojem. Využila jsem službu poprvé a určitě se budu vracet. Díky!
Vše proběhlo přesně tak, jak bylo řečeno. Stroj byl připravený v určenou dobu, čistý. Vyzvednutí bylo snadné, práce s ním také. Koberec a sedačka jsou pěkně vyčištěny. Obojí velmi rychle uschlo. Tuto službu určitě ještě v budoucnosti využijeme.
Stroj byl v pořádku, funkční, dostatek čistící emulze. Komunikace s obchodem na uvedeném čísle pro ověření platby bezproblémová, mohu jen doporučit, určitě využijeme znovu.
Vyzkoušela jsem poprvé a určitě službu budu využívat častěji. Přístroj je kvalitní, vše proběhlo podle instrukcí, videonávody jsou dokonalé. Původně jsme chtěli pohovku vyměnit za novou, ale nyní po vyčištění je jako nová. Mohu jen doporučit.
Super služba, podpora na telefonu stále k dispozici. Vysavač výkonný a není moc těžký. Prostředek na praní koberců v ceně a ještě mi víc jak polovina zbyla. Moc ráda jsem zapůjčení využila a velmi doporučuji. Rychlý a jednoduchý systém zapůjčení.
